Our foyer is a striking blend of industrial elegance and modern sophistication. Featuring concrete walls, custom black trusses along with the glass door opening, this space sets a dramatic yet inviting tone. Our grand 8′ wrought iron entry doors make a bold statement, offering a stunning backdrop for arrivals. A favorite among photographers, the foyer’s architectural details and natural light create the perfect setting for timeless portraits.
Main Space
Our main space showcases the beauty of raw materials, featuring wood, concrete, and metal for a distinctive and timeless atmosphere. A stunning and rustic brick wall provides a bold backdrop behind the Bridal Party Table, adding depth and character. The glass door entry creates a stunning grand entrance for the bride and groom. Overhead, a custom industrial chandelier casts a warm, ambient glow setting the mood. Loved by many DJs, the dim lighting creates an ideal atmosphere for an unforgettable night of dancing and celebration.
Bridal Suite
Enter our bridal suite, thoughtfully designed with every detail to ensure a seamless and elegant wedding day preparation. It is a perfect blend of light and airy materials. Our hand-distressed walls and exposed whitewash brick bring a soft, cozy vibe. The large windows flood the space with natural light, ensuring an ideal space for stunning, editorial-worthy photos. Every detail is designed with your comfort and style in mind, from a sitting area to sleek vanity stations and full-length mirrors that provide the perfect space. Our bridal suite is a personal retreat for calmness, and every detail is curated for the start of your forever.
Groom’s Den
Step into the groom’s den, a space designed for the modern masculine, effortless style, and total comfort. Here, industrial meets refined with exposed brick walls, raw concrete finishes, and bold metal accents that set the tone for a rugged yet sophisticated atmosphere. This space is built for the groom and his crew to relax, unwind, and prepare in style. Oversized windows with rolling metal shades bring in the right amount of light for handsome portraits. Metal ceilings, industrial lighting, a full-length mirror, and plush leather seating complete the look. The spacious layout with a Smart TV is the perfect place for groomsmen.
Pavilion
Nestled against the backdrop of an open field, our 60′ × 40′ rough-sawn pavilion offers the perfect balance of organic warmth and modern edge. Towering black steel trusses contrast beautifully with the textured wood. Overhead, softly flowing string lights add a romantic touch. The open-air design invites nature in while providing a covered, weather-ready space. This area accommodates our maximum guest count while still giving a large aisle and plenty of room for the bridal party. The surrounding black fence to its side and back adds an intimate and exclusive feel.
Chapel
Our chapel is the perfect setting for private vows, first looks, and breathtaking photos. Charmed with traditional pews, custom trusses, and a newly finished floor, its rustic charm is complemented by a light minimalist yet elegant interior that exudes tranquility and romance. The chapel sets the stage for unforgettable moments, captured from every angle. Empeiria 110 is proud to offer such a unique and intimate space to its guests.
Pathway Garden
We understand the importance of capturing every precious moment of your day. Our pathway garden provides a picturesque setting for one-of-a-kind photos, featuring custom hardscapes that add charm and uniqueness. With every passing year, it continues to mature, blossoming with even more beauty as new elements are added, ensuring endless options for memorable pictures. The sun sets in the area which creates a nice “golden hour” backdrop, adding a warm glow to your special moments.
Stone Waterfall
Our breathtaking 16′ × 14′ custom stone waterfall, set against a rustic backdrop of bushes and trees, offers a serene setting. Paired with a landscape pond, it creates a stunning focal point, perfect for capturing sunset photos during the summer months. This space serves as a beautiful optional ceremony site, with chairs arranged on the lawn for an intimate and memorable exchange of vows. It’s also an ideal spot for heartfelt first looks and private moments. More than just gorgeous, this handcrafted waterfall is a true reflection of our dedication and artistry at Empeiria 110.

We know it’s all in the details!
We try to be very responsive to any questions you might have! If you do not see your question here please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. If we can’t answer you right away, we will get the answer for you as quickly as we can.
Empeiria 110 has a maximum building capacity of 299 people. Our outdoor pavilion can also accommodate up to 299 for a ceremony. For the best flow and to allow for extra space between tables and chairs, we recommend a guest count in the 200–250 range. This range will also alleviate more space for your dance floor.
There is a 50% down payment plus a $500 refundable security deposit due the day of booking to secure your date.
You may cancel the scheduled event in writing or by email up to 180 days prior to your event date. You will forfeit 50% of the rental deposit and 100% of the security deposit. Cancellations less than 180 days will forfeit 100% of your deposit and 100% of the security deposit.
You must provide a $500 damage/security check deposit along with the signed rental agreement within 10 days of the online booking and rental deposit. The damage/security deposit may be refundable after the event as long as there is no damage done to the facility and grounds.
Yes. All tables and chairs are included with rentals. Please see our pricing page for packages and pricing. Table service is not included.
We allow for self-catering or use of a licensed caterer. We are happy to provide you with a list of caterers in our local area that do a variety of food. You can find that list under the Vendors tab.
You may choose to have family or friends cater and serve the food. They will however need to sign our catering contract.
Yes, we have a 3-way liquor permit. State Law requires that all alcohol be provided by Empeiria 110 and can be served by provided bartenders only. We have a wide variety and offer multiple bar packages to try to meet every need.
Access is given from 9:00 AM (EST) to 11:30 PM (EST) the day of the event. Music and events must end no later than 10:30 PM (EST). There will be an onsite team member the entire day to ensure everything runs smoothly with the venue. They are not a coordinator, but they will be there to help and answer any questions as needed.
There may be an opportunity for you to have a 1½ hour rehearsal the Thursday before your event. There would be an additional charge. You will need to check with the Empeiria 110 team on availability.
